Farm To Table Wedding

Creative Escort Card Ideas

We love to get creative with our escort card ideas! Here are just a few that we've done recently that have been huge hits. Left to Right and Top to Bottom: Sharone and Elan had giant flower-filled walls by The Arrangement with hanging ribbon to display their table assignments. Anca and Nate opted for a sophisticated yet simple floral display by Rountree Flowers of single blooms in crystal vases and delicate cards. Alena and Andrew embraced the tropics with drink flags in hibiscus-infused margaritas at the start of cocktail hour. Sabrina and Matt's farm-to-table wedding was complete with mixed metal farm figurines connected with magnets to hold each card in a standing position. Abbie and Joon's library-inspired wedding featured wooden bookcases perfectly styled to hold their calligraphed books indicating the seating assignments. Heather & Chris's guests went nuts for rectangular boxes of M&M's (her favorite candy) displayed in a color-blocking style while Carolyn & Matt gave a nod to the antique bank atmosphere by doing a key and a vintaged tag. Finally, Petra & Chris kicked off the festivities in a genuinely Mexican fashion with Don Julio mini tequilas.

A Brilliant Wedding: Sabrina and Matt

Sabrina and Matt were such a great couple to work with and creating their dream wedding was an amazing experience.  The bride’s family’s New Jersey estate served as both the fabulous backdrop and the inspiration for their elegant wedding. A bevy of farm-to-table and personal touches were incorporated throughout the day.  Following the couple's lovely ceremony, guests headed to cocktail hour where they collected escort cards supported by farm animal figurines in gold and silver hues and snacked on authentic Australian meat pies, which were a nod to the bride's parents Australian heritage.   After the newly married couple shared their first dance to "What A Wonderful Life" by Louis Armstrong under their stunning tent, complete with sophisticated chandeliers and a classic black-and-white dance floor, family and friends enjoyed grass-fed beef from cows raised at the family’s estate, banana cake from Billy's Bakery and and left with jars of honey that were locally blended and jarred.  From the magnificent setting to the abundance of personal details, Sabrina and Matt's springtime wedding was a truly unique and beautiful event.  Congratulations, Sabrina and Matt! We were thrilled to have Sabrina & Matt's wedding featured on Style Me Pretty!
