Trisha and Jonathan’s Cape Cod wedding weekend was a joyful blend of tradition, culture, and coastal romance. The festivities began at the Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, where friends and family gathered for a vibrant Mehndi and Haldi celebration. As henna was applied and turmeric was lovingly brushed onto the couple, Trisha described the moment as “feeling like a giant hug,” a memory she’ll never forget.
On Saturday, the celebration moved to Wychmere Beach Club for their wedding day. Beneath a lush floral mandap/chuppah, affectionately nicknamed their “Chupdap”, Trisha and Jonathan exchanged vows in a Hindu-Jewish ceremony that beautifully highlighted the similarities between their two cultures.
The reception brought their “Coastal Garden” vision to life, blending Cape Cod’s natural charm with the romance of an Italianate garden. Above the dance floor, a striking floral installation by J. Landry Co. created a dreamy centerpiece for the evening. Custom menus and place cards echoed their hand-painted invitation suite, while the carefully curated menu celebrated both of their cultures and their love of sharing meals with family and friends. Together, these details created a celebration that felt authentically them in every way.
